QuizeForge, operated by KRISH KUMAR AGRAWAL, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions.
1. Refund window
You can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment for any paid plan if you are not satisfied with the Service.
2. How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all QuizeForge orders.
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with — Paddle will guide you through requesting a refund.
- You can also email us at kka9437093326@gmail.com and we will help arrange the refund with Paddle.
3. After the refund window
After the 30-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
4. Exceptions
We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse of the Service or of the refund policy (for example, repeated refund requests after extensive use).
