Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of QuizeForge (the "Service") provided by KRISH KUMAR AGRAWAL ("we", "us"), trading as QuizeForge. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

QuizeForge is an AI-powered learning tool that turns notes, documents, and images you upload into quizzes, flashcards, and study aids. Features and limits vary by plan.

2. Your account

  • You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have your guardian's consent) to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights.
  • Upload malware, attempt to probe or scrape the Service, or interfere with its security.
  • Use the Service to generate illegal content, hate speech, harassment, deepfakes, or material that infringes copyright.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent technical or plan limits.

4. User content and AI outputs

You retain ownership of the material you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that material solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for your prompts and uploads, for having the rights to use them, and for how you use AI-generated outputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate; you should verify them before relying on them, and they are not a substitute for professional advice.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, branding, and documentation are owned by us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your plan.

6. Payment, subscriptions, and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Service level and disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from inaccuracies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and your data may be deleted after a reasonable export window.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction (India), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
